- As of October 21, 2025: Tunnel Level, B pedestrian access closed:
- The next phase of our Terminal Modernization project is moving ahead of schedule. Effective October 21, 2025, the Pedestrian Tunnel between Terminal B and the Pedestrian Plaza is closed until Spring 2026. The airport has rerouted pedestrian traffic to help with the ongoing modernization project. Travelers are asked to follow signage, follow the direction of MEM staff, and use alternative entrances, such as those at terminals A and C. We will continue to provide updates.

- Departures Level, B pedestrian access is closed
- Arrivals Level, B pedestrian access closed
- Ride app (Uber and Lyft) operations have moved to the arrivals level outside the C baggage claim area.

- All ride app, shuttle, limo and taxi operations will take place on the new commercial lane.
- The outer commercial drive outside the departures area has been closed for construction.
- The crosswalk to the B terminal has been closed for construction. Signage has been installed to guide passengers to the A and C terminal crosswalks. Additionally, MEM employees and volunteers will be strategically positioned to assist passengers.
